Kevin is a Senior Advisor with L Harris Partners, focusing in the area of cost segregation, construction services, energy credits and incentives, and leads our response to the new tangible asset and repair regulations. He has over 15 years of real estate advisory experience providing purchase price allocation, cost segregation, fixed asset analysis, construction process improvement, cost reviews, and energy credits and incentives.

Mr. Johnson has experience conducting cost segregation studies on numerous properties nationwide, including light to heavy manufacturing facilities, multi-tenant office buildings, corporate headquarters, hospitals, medical office buildings, hotels, casinos, sports stadiums, data centers, distribution centers, newspaper printing press facilities, biopharmaceutical laboratories, alternative energy facilities, ethanol plants, and retail facilities ranging from fast food restaurants to regional shopping centers.

He has performed construction cost reviews and construction process improvement projects for national retailers, regional medical centers, and large municipalities. Real estate advisory experience includes feasibility, site selection, valuation, and environmental advisory services. He has performed energy credit and incentive projects for various green construction projects for both public and private sectors.

Kevin’s past experience includes over 15 years with top 7 accounting firms performing cost segregation services and related real estate advisory services. He has experience as a client service representative for a large chemical company administering HVAC chemical treatment programs. He also worked as an environmental field service technician for a national environmental consulting firm.

Kevin is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and is a LEED AP.

Education

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
